1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "latoto," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the latoto online betting platform operated through the domain latoto.click and all associated services.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses an account on the latoto platform.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by a Player upon successful registration with latoto.
• "Service" or "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and related services provided by latoto, including sports betting, live casino games, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), slot games, and other gambling products.
• "Website" means the latoto platform accessible at latoto.click and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.
• "Stake" means the amount of money wagered by a Player on any bet or game.
• "Winnings" means any amounts won by a Player through use of our Services, excluding the original Stake.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in a Player's Account, including deposits and Winnings, minus withdrawals and losses.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register for and use latoto Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. latoto strictly prohibits underage gambling and will verify your age through government-issued identification documents.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian address. We reserve the right to request proof of residency at any time.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not have previously been excluded from using latoto or other gambling services due to problem gambling or breach of terms.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for a latoto Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form, including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notify latoto immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
• Ensure that you are the sole user of your Account. Allowing others to use your Account, sharing login credentials, or transferring your Account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

latoto is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. To comply with international gaming regulations and Indonesian banking standards, we require identity verification before processing withdrawals. You agree to:

• Provide copies of government-issued identification documents, such as your Indonesian KTP (national identity card), when requested by latoto.
• Provide proof of address documents, such as recent utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the last three months.
• Provide a selfie photograph holding your identification document for facial verification purposes.
• Provide additional documentation if requested to verify payment method ownership, source of funds, or other compliance requirements.

Verification typically takes between 1 to 24 hours. Your Account may have restricted functionality until verification is complete. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension or closure.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted only one Account with latoto. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate closure of all duplicate Accounts.
• Forfeiture of any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits obtained through duplicate Accounts.
• Potential forfeiture of remaining Balance in duplicate Accounts, at latoto's sole discretion.
• Permanent ban from future use of latoto Services.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

latoto accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through various payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). When making a deposit, you agree that:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for promotional purposes.
• You are the authorized account holder of the payment method used for deposits.
• Funds deposited must be from legitimate sources and not derived from criminal activity.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly but may take up to 15 minutes depending on payment provider and banking network conditions.
• latoto reserves the right to refuse any deposit without providing a reason.
• Deposit fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the transaction. latoto does not charge deposit fees on most Indonesian payment methods.

3.2 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their Account Balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process before withdrawals are permitted.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. We cannot process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours during business days, depending on verification status and payment method.
• You may be required to wager at least 1x (one times) your deposit amount before withdrawal is permitted, to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Bonus funds may have specific wagering requirements that must be met before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for bonus terms.
• latoto reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected.
• Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed before you confirm the withdrawal request. Indonesian bank transfers typically have no fees; e-wallet withdrawals may incur nominal processing fees.

3.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on latoto are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you attempt to use a payment method denominated in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates over which latoto has no control.

4. Betting Rules and Gameplay

4.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on latoto, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel, modify, or withdraw a bet after it has been accepted by our system.
• latoto reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly if we suspect bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game type and are displayed within each betting interface.
• In the event of technical errors, system malfunctions, or obvious pricing mistakes, latoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

4.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting services, including football markets such as BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and other competitions, the following rules apply:

• Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or as displayed on our designated statistics provider.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not start, bets will typically be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in the specific market rules.
• For Asian handicap, over/under, and other special markets, settlement rules follow industry-standard conventions. Detailed rules are available in our sports betting section.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be successful. If any selection is void, standard parlay calculation rules apply as specified in our sportsbook rules.
• Live (in-play) betting odds change rapidly based on match events. Bet acceptance is subject to odds changes and latoto reserves the right to reject bets placed at outdated odds.

4.3 Casino Games

For live casino games provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other providers, as well as slot games from NetEnt, Microgaming, and other studios:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed in each game's information panel. RTP represents theoretical long-term payback and does not guarantee individual session results.
• Disconnections during gameplay will be handled according to each game provider's disconnection policy, typically resulting in automatic settlement of the round based on the last action taken.
• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game malfunctions, affected bets will be refunded.

4.4 Togel (Lottery)

For togel services covering Singapore (SGP), Hong Kong (HK), Sydney (SDY), Macau, and other lottery markets:

• Results are based on official lottery draw outcomes from the respective lottery authorities.
• Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) and are subject to the official lottery schedule.
• Bet acceptance closes shortly before each draw. Bets placed after cutoff time will apply to the next available draw.
• Winning payouts are calculated based on the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

latoto offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible Players who meet specified criteria, such as first-time depositors, minimum deposit amounts, or promotional code usage.

6. Responsible Gaming

• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in fraudulent betting practices.

• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in our platform for personal gain.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or depositing funds that are not legitimately yours.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform or any of its security features.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other Players or latoto staff members.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of Balance and Winnings, and potential legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the latoto platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of latoto or our licensed providers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• latoto provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
• latoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
• latoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time of the claim.

• latoto is not liable for delays or failures in Services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, server failures, payment provider issues, or force majeure events.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by latoto

latoto reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or make deposits, but you may still contact customer support regarding your Account status.

10.2 Termination by latoto

latoto may terminate your Account immediately if you seriously breach these Terms & Conditions. Upon termination, any remaining Balance in your Account will be forfeited if the termination is due to fraud, bonus abuse, or other serious violations. If termination is for non-serious reasons, your verified Balance will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to latoto.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be paid out to you according to our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification processes.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of latoto Services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. First, contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution of the dispute.
2. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration procedures.
3. You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
